Ashland Police and Boone County Sheriff’s office reported the following arrests recently:

• 11.24.20: Christopher Scott Koehler, 54, of Hartsburg, was arrested by Ashland Police on unlawful possession of drug paraphrenalia/amphetamine or meth and delivery of a controlled substance, 35 grams or less. Bonded $6,000.  

• 11.27.20: Stephen Ray Ketchum, 38, of Hartsburg, was arrested by Boone County Sheriff’s deputies on a failure to appear charge and a municipal charge. Bonded $540.50. 

• 11.29.20: Mark James Raithel, 43, of Lohman, was arrested by Ashland Police on a persistent driving while intoxicated charge. Bonded $1,500.
