Kyle Michel, City Administrator, presented revisions and updates needed for policy manuals. These changes included: drug and alcohol policies resulting from state law approval of recreational marijuana use, clarification on employee expectations, and policy guidelines relating to tuition reimbursement programs, temporary light duty, and sexual harassment.
