Friday Sep. 8th, 2023 was a beautiful day for a bike ride on the Katy Trail. AFOS rode from Hartsburg to the 7 mile mark. Those riding were Susan, Donovan, Alvyne and Charlie. The riders had a chance to admire the new 7 mile marker Charlie put up on a previous ride (see photo above). We did the traditional “Hoo Haa” at the end of a great ride on a fantastic day. We discussed the yearly picnic at Alvyne’s Cabin which will be later this month. Lunch at Jose Jalapeños was delicious. Our next ride will begin at Scott Blvd parking lot on Friday Sep. 15th at 10am. We ride to Broadway Diner for lunch or breakfast.
