On Thursday, May 2nd, we started our ride at North Jefferson and went to boat ramp near Missouri River Bridge to observe the flooding. Those riding were Alvyne, Jane, Mark, Charlie, Allan, Bill1 and Rich. The Missouri State Patrol was there practicing water rescue.

We started to our 7 mile mark and found two wash outs where one should get off their bike to keep from falling. About a mile ahead close to our 7 mile mark were trucks and another wash out so we decided to turn around. Back at the parking lot we did our traditional HOOO HAAAA, and departed to the Jefferson City Airport for a delicious lunch.

Our next ride will be Friday, May 10th. We meet at McBaine at 10:30am and ride to Rochport. Approximately 20 mile round trip.
