A story that needs to be told. A legacy is usually when a large amount of money or valuable property is handed down to family members by their ancestors. But not always is it those two things. I will explain on down the line.
Billy Joe Sapp and Anita Sapp are both deceased now, but let me tell you of their legacy. There are many material things and memories of those two long time or probably life long residents of Ashland, MO. that are remembered by myself and others in the Ashland community.
