Michael Cohen commited a cover-up

Michael Cohen was sentenced to 36 months in prison for committing a “cover-up” of Trump’s “dirty deals” and more importantly lying to Congress after sworn testimony.  This from the lawyer who once said, “I’d take a bullet” for Trump.  Roger Stone was sentenced to 40 months in prison for 7 count of obstruction, witness tampering and also lying to Congress after sworn testimony.  Which one is still in jail and which one is free.  More importantly why?
