Ashland Police, Boone County Sheriff’s Office, and Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following recent arrests:
- Karl Palmer-Foster, age 21 of Ashland. Arrested by MSHP on 12/21 for DWI.
- Anthony Walters, age 37 of Hartsburg. Arrested by BCSD on 12/30 for an out-of-county warrant for a possession of drug paraphernalia
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty (ago.mo.gov).
