Karen J. Spry

Karen J. Spry, formerly of Harrisburg passed away on September 27, 2022, she was 64 years old. She was born May 8, 1958 in Washington, Missouri the daughter of Orval Lenger and Marilyn Hillebrand. She was married to Blake Spry and he survives at his home. Karen worked for Commercial Trust Bank in Harrisburg for many years. She loved her family, playing cards, music, crafts and collecting Longaberger Baskets. She was a great cook, had a green thumb and loved gardening.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday September 30th, 2022 at 1:00pm Harrisburg Christian Church, with burial following in the church cemetery, Visitation will be held from 11:30 to 1:00pm.

Survivors include her children, Cody (Cara) Spry of Commerce Texas, Kale (Paige) Spry of Columbia, Kala (Aaron) Addis of Harrisburg, Kady ( Levi McCowan) Spry of Harrisburg, three brothers, Dale (Nancy) Lenger of Ashland, Lenny (Marleen) Lenger of Tipton and Denis (Debbie) Lenger of Jefferson  City and  her sister, Patty Pickett of Columbia; her grandchildren, Taylar, Talon and Cason Spry and Jacob and Jace Addis.

She was preceded in death by her father and her step-father Gilbert Martin.

In lieu of flowers may be given to Coyote Hill, or to the  Brain Injury Association all in care of the family.
