This week I was in the spring weather mode and had a sudden craving for ice cream. My favorite at the “Ice Cream Factory” is the “Tiger King” which is described as “Cream Cheese ice cream with real gooey butter cake pieces, caramel and butterscotch swirls.” The “Cobalt Cookie” is a “blue sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chip cookie chunks, chocolate and chopped sandwich cookies.”
