THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2023 AT 7:00 P.M. AT ASHLAND CITY HALL COMMUNITY ROOM 101 WEST BROADWAY

The Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Ashland City Hall, 101 West Broadway, Ashland, Mo. to hear public input on a variance request submitted by Jeremy Lindsey for 507 East Broadway. This request is for a variance from 9.365.3 City Code: All parking and loading area surfaces including parking and loading area access aisle, driveways, exits and entrances shall be constructed of permanent, non-permeable concrete or asphaltic concrete.
