Planning and zoning began business as usual on Tuesday, February 9, with two rezoning applications for 407 Redbud Ln. and 203 N. Henry Clay Blvd., from residential to general commercial submitted by Dave Westoff followed by a preliminary plat for Liberty Landing North.
The planning and zoning board discussed the rezoning and voted 6-2 on both rezoning applications to recommend changing the two properties to general commercial. Afterwards, planning and zoning continued into a long discussion on the preliminary plat for Liberty Landing North, which was tabled.
As the meeting seemed to be ending attendees began to log off the zoom call, including the property owner, Dave Westoff, of the rezoning applications.
