Request for Proposal—Lawn Services

The City of Ashland is accepting competitive, sealed proposals for Lawn Services for the City of Ashland (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein.   Complete RFP packet is posted on www.ashlandmo.us or can be picked up at Ashland City Hall.

Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Office of the City Administrator, 101 West

Broadway, P.O. Box 135, Ashland, MO 65010 no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, February 16, 2024. Proposals received after the specified date and time will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened. Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as “MOWING & TRIMMING SERVICES”.  All questions concerning the solicitation and specifications shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Kyle Michel, City Administrator, at kmichel@ashlandmo.us.

Any oral responses to any question shall be unofficial and not binding on the City of Ashland. An Addendum to this RFP providing the City of Ashland’s official response will be issued if necessary to all known prospective offeror’s. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 14, 2024.

Notice of Project

The City of Ashland Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/or provide lead service line replacement plan services. The full scope of required services and proposal requirements are available at 101 W Broadway, Ashland, MO 65010, or can be requested via email from Kyle Michel, City Administrator, at kmichel@ashlandmo.us.

All proposals must be mailed to and received at City of Ashland, 101 W Broadway, PO BOX 135, Ashland, MO 65010 by March 11th, 2024, by 2:00 pm. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and read publicly on March 11th, 2024, 2:00 pm at City Hall. This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order Number
