Police Report

Ashland Police and Boone County Sheriff’s office reported the following arrests recently.

02.13.2018:

• Jeffery Boyd O’Laughlin, 56, of Ashland, was arrested by Columbia Police on charges of 2nd degree terrorist threat. Federal Hold. No Bail.

02.15.2018:

• Columbia Police arrested Christine Elizabeth Nowlin, 22, of Ashland, was arrested on an out of county warrant. Bail $25,000.

02.17.18:

• Nathan Adam Fine, 32, of West Plains, Mo., was arrested by Ashland Police on a driving while intoxicated charge and a second driving while revoked/suspended charges. Bonded $1,000.

• Boone County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley Dillan Johnson, 22, of Hartsburg, on an out of county warrant. Bail $2,000.
