Eagles top All District football team; Tracy named Coach of the Year

Led by a stellar senior class, the Southern Boone Eagles football team landed six players on the area media’s Class 3 All District Football Team.

Eagles head coach Trent Tracy was named the Coach of the Year, recognizing the Eagles outstanding year that included a number of team firsts, including: Most Wins in a Season (10); Most Points Scored in a Season (471); Fewest Points Per Game Allowed (16.7) and Largest Scoring Margin Per Game (+19.5).

The Eagles were second place in the Tri-County Conference and won the school’s first football district Class 3 title.
