The SoBoCo Eagles softball team needed to step up or get blanked in this past weekend’s Hickman Tournament.
The Eagles came out with a pair of wins in the big-school tournament, featuring some of the best softball teams in Missouri.
SoBoCo started with a pair of losses:
• Game 1 they lost5-1against Francis Howell. Kate Ponder, Carrie Ponder and Dani Post were 2 for 4.
• Game 2 vs. Blair Oaks they were blanked 14-0 by Blair Oaks. Camryn Schaller, Jayden Wren, Abby Lecure, Carrie Ponder each had a hit. But on Saturday, the Eagles made a comeback.
