Southern Boone Youth Football hosts Boonville

After Southern Boone High School football hosted Boonville, the Southern Boone and Boonville teams in the North Central Youth Football League faced off on Saturday at Southern Boone.

There were four games with Boonville winning all of the match-ups. For the third-grade teams, Boonville won 6-0. For fourth grade, the Pirates bested the Eagles 32-0. Boonville’s fifth grade team defeated Southern Boone 26-0, and for the sixth grade teams, Boonville won 41-6.

The North Central Youth Football League is a recreational league across eight towns in mid-Missouri. Southern Boone Youth Football is managed by the Southern Boone YMCA.

The fifth and sixth grade Southern Boone teams play in Centralia on Saturday. The third and fourth grade teams have a bye week.
