The Southern Boone Freshman Eagles stayed in until the end, but Blair Oaks C team pulled away late in a 7-4 victory on Friday. The game was tied at four with Blair Oaks C team batting in the top of the eighth when Buhr singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Southern Boone Freshman Eagles lost despite out-hitting Blair Oaks C team 11 to nine.

The Eagles fired up the offense in the first inning. Jadon Martin doubled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

In the bottom of the seventh inning Southern Boone Freshman Eagles tied things up at four when Martin’s sac fly scored one run for Southern Boone.
