Ernie’s Edibles: Bobaholic

If you haven’t enjoyed a sandwich at “Bobaholic”, you are missing out on a great experience! Bobaholic is located at 212 E. Green Meadows, Suite 7A, in Columbia.

They promote their freshly brewed bubble teas, smoothies, slushes, fruit teas, coffee, and banh mi sandwiches. Banh mi sandwiches are typically made up of a French style baguette with Vietnamese ham, steamed pork or other meats, sliced cucumber, pickled carrots, and daikon.

I enjoyed the grilled steak banh mi sandwich while my wife Danna ordered the chicken. We found both sandwiches to be delightfully crisp and fresh, with a unique flavor and texture to the additional ingredients. The service was quick and friendly, the seating and atmosphere was cozy, with prices being very affordable.

We highly recommend stopping in to enjoy their variety of sandwiches and teas when looking for a quick lunch in Columbia.
