John Forsee 1942-2017

John Forsee of Ashland passed away April 2, 2017 at Ashland Healthcare, he was 74 years old.
Johnny was born December 23, 1942 in Ashland, the son of Raymond and Susie Peak
Forsee. He married Marilyn Hesse on October 19, 1963 and she survives.

Johnny retired from the University of Missouri in 2004, where he worked as a locksmith,
he was a farmer all his life and was a volunteer fireman. Johnny loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting.

Funeral Services will be held on April 6th, 2017 at 11:00am at Robinson Funeral Home in Ashland with burial following in Freiden’s Cemetery in Hartsburg. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00pm on Wednesday April 5th at the funeral home.

Survivors also include his children, John Darren (Mary) Forsee, Brenda (Andy) Curtis, Rachel (Roy) Merriott all of Ashland, Jody (Steve Gillis) Forsee of Pensacola, Florida and Kery (Travis) Arthur of Fulton, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Two sisters, Janet (Jerome) Glascock and Rosie (Tommy) Wyatt of Ashland, many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Lou and his parents
