Daniel Leroy Smith of Columbia passed away at his home on July 20, 2022, he was 61 years old. He was born October 10, 1960 in Missouri. He worked for Atkins and later BG Services for many years. He married Glenda Skeen on August 27, 1978 in Bourbon, Missouri. Danny loved his granddaughters, gardening, bowling and fishing.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday July 28th, 11:00am Robinson Funeral Home in Ashland. Visitation will he held one hour prior to service.
Survivors include, his wife, Glenda; his father, Charlie Calvin; his son Mickey (Kristen) Smith, his daughter, Jenifer Smith of Columbia, three brothers, Ronald (Nancy) Smith, Randy (Kathy) Smith and Darrin (Sara) Calvin; his five granddaughters, Kylie, Kinley, Kenadie, Mackenzie and Olivia.
He was preceded by his mother, Barbara Calvin.
