The Wonderful World of W.I.N.G.S.

Last Thursday, Feb. 23rd, the “Welcoming the Individual Needs of Gifted Students”, or W.I.N.G.S. program hosted a Choose Your Own Learning Adventure showcase. To begin the project, W.I.N.G.S. students were given the task of choosing any topic they felt compelled to research, define their essential question, and develop a learning goal. They were given six weeks to complete their “Passion Project, as they met with their Gifted Teacher Justine Rogers once per week to discuss their progress and receive guidance as needed.
