The Journal went with Taylor Elliott to Cancun, Mexico where she was invited to instruct fitness classes at an all-inclusive resort to people all over the world. The picture is captured on the beach of Isla Mujeres off of Cancun during one of the many adventures during the 8-day stay in paradise.
