Police Report: Sep. 27th, 2023 - Boone County Journal

Ashland Police, Boone County Sherriff’s Office, and Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following recent arrests:

Austin Berendzen, age 30 of Ashland. Arrested by BCJ on 9/22/2023 for a warrant for failure to appear in court on a hazardous vehicular conditions charge.
Mark Helmich, age 36 of Hartsburg. Arrested by BCSD on 9/18/2023 for driving with a revoked/suspended license, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, failure to yield to emergency vehicle sounding siren/display lights, possession of burglary tools, unlawful possession of a firearm, resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony, leaving the scene of an accident.
James Gipson, age 60 of Ashland. Arrested by BCSD on 9/16/2023 for a warrant for failure to appear in court on a 4th degree assault charge.
