Ashland Police, Boone County Sherriff’s Office, and Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following recent arrests:
- Greggory Mackey, age 58 of Ashland. Arrested by APD on 10/21/2023 for 3rd degree domestic assault, unlawful use of weapon- exhibiting, and unlawful possession of a firearm- dangerous felon.
- Tiffany Benda, age 35 of Hartsburg. Arrested by BCSD on 10/19/2023 for stealing- motor vehicle.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty (ago.mo.gov).
