Police Report: July 17th, 2024 - Boone County Journal

Ashland Police, Boone County Sheriff’s Office, and Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following recent arrests:

Loren Bauerband, age 37 of Columbia. Arrested by APD on 07/14/2024 for violation of protection order for adult.
Nicole Flanery, age 43 of New Bloomfield. Arreted by APD on 07/11/2024 for an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear on a no seatbelt charge.
Chelby Lyons, age 23 of Ashland. Arrested on 07/10/2024 for hindering prosecution.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty (ago.mo.gov).
