Ashland Police, Boone County Sherriff’s Office, and Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following recent arrests:
- Justin Franks, age 46 of Ashland. Arrested by APD on 01/26/2024 for 1st & 2nd degree child molestation, incest, sexual misconduct involving a child under 15, and statutory sodomy.
- Gabriel Rhoads, age 38 of Belle, MO. Arrested by APD on 01/26/2024 for an out-of-county warrant.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty (ago.mo.gov).
