Police Report

Ashland Police and Boone County Sheriff’s office reported the following arrests recently.

Saturday, July 14, 2018:

• Ashland Police arrested Charles Anthony Lucas, 43, of Chicago, Ill., on a charge of delivery/possession of a controlled substance. No Bail.

Thursday, July 19, 2018:

• Charles Everett Hayes, 28, of Ashland, was arrested by Columbia Police on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle. Bonded $4,500.

• Boone County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Trevor Wayne Sapp, 43, of Hartsburg, on failure to appear charges. Bonded $1,000.
