Liberty Lane to re-open

City Administrator Lyn Woolford said Tuesday that Liberty Lane would be open this week. The street has been closed for nearly a month as work has started on the new wastewater treatment plant.

The new mechanized plant included new sewer lines under Liberty Lane, requiring the closure, however, installation of lines took longer than expected.
