The annual Halloween Spooktacular will be held Tuesday, Oct. 31 at the Optimist Club from 5-7:30 p.m. The event is free and all young spooks, goblins, princesses, and super heroes are invited.
There will be games, prizes and plenty of treats and the Boone County Journal will be taking annual Halloween Photos for publication in the Wednesday, Nov. 8 edition of the Journal.
According to organizer Ernie Wren, the Spooktacular is designed as a safe place for kids to have fun on Halloween, with plenty of parking for the parents.
The Journal will be publishing Halloween photos for the 17th consecutive year.
