Members of the Ashland Garden Club recently visited the Bluegrass Terrace Senior Living Center to garden with its residents.

Studies have shown gardening reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and helps to calm the nerves. The club members enjoyed meeting the ladies, talking to them and helping them dig in the dirt.

Thanks to Richard Sullivan for allowing the club to come into the home for a special time for all.
