The annual YMCA golf camp is taking place each Wednesday at Eagle Knoll Golf Course. Golfers are learning the basics of the game, the rules of the game and are working on both their long and short game. The golfers are being introduced to the game, but will also have a visit from college, and
Pitcher Nick Curtis admitted wasn’t attempt to throw strikes as much as he was attempting to hit that bat with the ball. Curtis is one of the coaches for an Optimist Youth baseball team in the coach-ptich league, where throwing strikes and keeping score is not the priority, but having fun and keeping cool is.

With eight youth wrestling matches going on at the same time, the SoBoCo High School gym might be the loudest spot in town on Saturday.
