Kindergarten students get inside look at patrol car

Ashland Police Officer Josh Ozenberger’s walk through of Southern Boone Primary School turned into a learning opportunity for Emily Stephens’ kindergarten class.

The students had the opportunity to take a look inside Ozenberger’s patrol car on Sept. 23.

In a Facebook post, the school district said, “What started as a quick stop turned into an impromptu ‘field trip’ and a memorable moment these students won’t forget.”
