Sophomore twin sisters Lila and Lily Frazier have qualified for the State Golf Tournament. The qualifying sectional tournament was held at Country Club of Missouri and featured several St. Louis private school teams, easily making this the toughest sectional in the state.
Lila Frazier added another excellent result to her already impressive season, finishing 8th out of 51 in the select field with a score of 87.
“This tournament clearly establishes Lila’s status as one of the top players in the area,” said Coach Shannon Jeffries.
“Early on she had back-to-back triple bogeys, but then put a string of pars together to play the other 16 holes in 9 over. It was an outstanding performance.”
