The Eagles had two teams weigh in fish. Brent Williams and Luke Anderson finished 12th and Isaac Bieghler and Carter Miller finished 16th. Sixty-six boats attended the last regular season event.

“In spite of the rough fishing we have had this year all of our anglers have stuck with it, said coach Wade Vandelicht. “Some of our anglers have come a long way since joining our team with a small tacklebox and no knowledge of the most popular methods of bass fishing. It was tough for everyone, and for our second year, we did very well.”

Six of the seven Eagles teams qualified for state.

Tanner Miller and Blaine Sapp still hold the record for the biggest bass of the season across all schools with a 6.65 lbs. and will likely finish in the top ten.
