The SoBoCo Eagles had not put together a pair of solid, dominant wins the entire football season. 

The Warsaw Wildcats were brimming qith confidence, just coming off their biggest qin in years.

Something had to give, but it wasn’t about to be the SoBoCo Eagles defense.

Stopping the potent Wildcaats running attack cold, the Eagles defense forced three punts, three turnovers and turned the ball over on downs twice – all in the first half as the Eagles offense raced to a 33-0 lead.

The Eagles then coasted to their fifth win of the season by a 47-12 score. The win moved the Eagles to third in the Class 3 District playoff list ahead of Wright City.

The Eagles got first quarter scores from Jackson Sartain and quarterback Sam Stichnote to push their way to an early 13-0 lead – Stichnote’s score coming after a defensive stand by the Eagles on their own 18-yard line. SoBoCo then moved 82-yards in only 7 plays, aided by a 15-yard Warsaw personal foul penalty.
