Randy Bruce Rumble, 63, of Hartsburg, passed away September 7, 2016 at his home. He was born June 25, 1953 in Washington, Indiana, the son of Elder Carl and Martha Senn Rumble. He graduated from Petersburg High School of Indiana with the class of 1972. He married Carol Frankford on September 20, 1975 in Palmyra, Illinois.

Randy worked at Wal-Mart on Conley Road in Columbia. He was an active member and deacon of Goshen Primitive Baptist Church. He was a past member of the Ashland Optimist Club. He loved to make wooden items, enjoyed car races, golfing, fishing and camping.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with burial following at Goshen Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, September 9, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home in Ashland.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; two sons, Derek (girlfriend Dea Wood-Coffman) Rumble of Hartsburg, Nathan (fiancé Jennie Askren) Rumble of Columbia; grandson, Colton Rumble of Hartsburg; his sisters and brothers-in-law of Indiana, Sharon Rumble, Patty and Steve Sherman, Sandy and Richard Melton, Ellie and Jerry Green; sister-in-law, Katie Joe Rumble; father-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of Illinois, Alvis Frankford, Colleen and Gary Wendt, several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Larry Rumble, one nephew, Tracy Melton and mother-in-law, Delores Frankford.
