Jimmie F. Hudson

Jimmie F. Hudson of Ashland, passed away May 31, 2016 at the University Hospital & Clinics, he was 80 years old.

Jim was born January 6, 1936 in Forsyth, Missouri, the son of Frank Omer and Hildred J. Kincaid Hudson. He married Nell Hagee on April 2, 1954 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and she survives at the home. Jim served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired from South County Bank as President after 35 years. Jim was a member of Peace United Church of Christ in Hartsburg.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in celebration of Jim’s life.

Survivors include his wife, Nell of Ashland; two daughters, Debbie McDonald and her husband Dave of Grapevine, Texas and Tracy Muirhead and her husband Will of Wichita, Kansas; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
