Donald Gene Forrest

Donald Gene Forrest, born April 11, 1946, of Ashland, passed away on May 8th, 2016.

He is survived by his wife Mabel and his daughter Valerie Bloch, of Ashland.

Memorial services will be held at New Salem Baptist Church Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 3 p.m. Visitation will be from 2 – 3 p.m.
