Local youth await the arrival of Richard Rabbit, also known as mayorial candidate Richard Sullivan, who toured neighborhoods on Saturday and handed out Easter eggs at a safe distance in light of the COVID-19 quarantine. Easter day Richard Rabbit handed out even more to cars of families who drove through the middle school parking lot for a chance at some traditional Easter fun.
