New Primary Care Doctor in Ashland

Boone Medical Group is pleased to welcome Jane Foreman, FNP-C, to the practice in Ashland, where she joins Nathaniel “Bud” Murphey, MD. Jane will provide primary care for her patients of all ages in the community and is accepting new patients.

Jane Foreman, FNP-C

Jane is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with more than 29 years of nursing experience. She received her master’s degree in nursing in 2017 to become a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine.

“I enjoy interacting with people throughout the entire life span and believe that when I am treating one individual, I must also interact with and treat the entire family as a unit,” Jane says.

At Boone Medical Group – Ashland, Jane will provide wellness checks for her patients, including immunizations, well-woman exams, as well as health and developmental screenings. She will also promote her patient’s health through diet, exercise and health education. Jane also provides diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses and conditions and treatment of minor injuries.
