Centered right here in Ashland at 503 E. Broadway, Cuts By Kelly will be celebrating its fifth year this December of being in Southern Boone County. Cuts by Kelly is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is even open Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Owner Kelly Martin, prides herself on being a family-oriented barber shop and hair salon. She has been cutting hair for eleven years and she has been solely doing men’s hair for nine years. Kelly specializes in men’s hair, but also does cuts for women, as well as, facial waxes and eyebrows.
