County Road Work

Boone County, through contractor Innovative Roadway, will begin onyx surface seal treatment on county roads beginning August 13. The work includes 56 different road projects and estimated time will take 30-days to complete.

Southern Boone roads included in the project include:

Old Hwy 63 South to Ashland city limits;

Dee Woods Road, entire length;

Palis NIchols Road, Rt. M to end of pavement;

Brandywine Creek Road, entire length;

Barry Road, Bluebird Lane to Tomlin Hill Road;

Hoe Down Dr., Bethel Church to Hwy. K;

New Haven Rd, Rolling Hills to Rangeline.

There are a total of 36.6 miles of county road slated for work.
